Wendy Pfaffenbach

author of The Fells Fairies

Wendy Pfaffenbach is a writer, teacher, and ex-lawyer who lives in Medford, MA with her husband and two daughters. Originally from Upstate New York, she received her B.A. from Union College and her J.D. from Boston University. Before becoming a teacher, she worked as a clerk in the Massachusetts Appeals and Superior Court, and as a legal journalist for the trade journal, Lawyer's Weekly. She has taught English in the Concord Middle Schools, as well as History and Geography. She is a marathoner, mountaineer, boogie-boarder, and lover of the outdoors. The Fells Fairies is her first book.
